Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and integrate mechatronic systems.

• Develop and implement automation systems such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, and sensor-based systems.

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of mechatronic equipment on-site.

• Conduct troubleshooting on automated machinery, robotics, and control-based systems.

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.

• Analyze machine and system performance to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability.

• Collaborate with other engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) in project development.

• Prepare technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, control logic, system flowcharts, and work reports.

• Ensure all work complies with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and applicable industry regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation and system digitalization.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Power / Control Systems preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems including panels, electric motors, inverters, PLC, and power distribution.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (Single Line Diagram, wiring diagram, etc.).

• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools.

• Familiar with electrical standards such as IEC, IEEE, or PUIL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Willing to travel for business trips and be assigned to site/projects as required.
