Overview:
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Internship program offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance. As an M&A Intern, you will gain practical exposure to live projects, sharpen your technical and analytical skills, and experience the dynamic working environment of a boutique advisory firm.
Working Arrangement:
Full WFO at SCBD, Jakarta Selatan
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial statement reviews and basic analysis
Performing market, macroeconomic, industry, and capital market research
Supporting valuation and due diligence processes
Assist in the review of accounting standards (PSAK) and commercial contracts related to M&A
Preparing materials for client meetings and internal discussions
Engaging in quantitative analysis and number-crunching work to support deal execution
Providing support for fundraising, M&A, divestment, and restructuring projects as required
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any major with a strong interest in corporate finance and a clear motivation to pursue a career in this field
Ability and determination to independently build the financial knowledge required for the role
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00
Proficient in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
Available on a full-time basis for 1-3 months, with possibility of extension
