 Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai Senior Maintenance, Anda bertanggung jawab memastikan keandalan dan kinerja mesin produksi (Stamping, Welding, Machining) berjalan optimal. Posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan teknis mendalam pada sistem Electrical, Pneumatik, Sensor, dan PLC Automation, serta kepemimpinan dalam mengelola tim maintenance agar produksi berjalan lancar, efisien, dan aman.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Menyusun & mengawasi program preventive & predictive maintenance.

• Melakukan troubleshooting & perbaikan mesin produksi (electrical, pneumatic, sensor, PLC automation).

• Monitoring performa mesin, downtime, serta membuat laporan teknis.

• Membimbing teknisi maintenance junior & mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan tim.

• Menjamin aktivitas maintenance sesuai standar K3 & ISO/IATF 16949.

• Mengusulkan perbaikan dan continuous improvement untuk efisiensi mesin.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Mekatronika, atau bidang terkait.

• Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang maintenance manufaktur otomotif part.

• Menguasai mesin Stamping, Welding, Machining serta sistem Electrical, Pneumatik, Sensor, PLC Automation.

• Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan analisa teknis yang baik.

• Teliti, disiplin, mampu bekerja dengan deadline, serta komunikatif.
