Kualifikasi:
• Minimal pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang DevOps, SRE, atau sistem administrator.
• Mahir menggunakan Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) untuk server environment.
• Pengalaman dengan containerization (Docker, Docker Compose) dan orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE/EKS/AKS).
• Menguasai CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, atau Jenkins).
• Familiar dengan monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK stack).
• Pengalaman dengan cloud platform (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Mengerti konsep security, networking, firewall, dan IAM (Identity & Access Management).
• Bisa scripting (Bash atau Python) untuk kebutuhan otomatisasi ringan.
• Problem solving, komunikasi tim, dan dokumentasi yang baik.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
• CI/CD → Mendesain, membangun, dan memelihara pipeline CI/CD untuk aplikasi backend (Laravel, .NET, Node.js) dan frontend (Next.js, Vue, React).
• Deployment → Menyusun strategi deployment (blue-green, canary, rolling update) di Kubernetes / VM.
• Monitoring & Alerting → Setup Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, dan log aggregation untuk visibility performa & error.
• Security → Menyusun best practice keamanan server, SSL/TLS, enkripsi, firewall, dan akses IAM.
• Scalability → Membuat sistem auto-scaling, load balancing, dan high availability sesuai kebutuhan traffic.
• Cost Optimization → Mengevaluasi dan mengoptimalkan biaya cloud.
• Collaboration → Kerja sama erat dengan tim development untuk memastikan aplikasi berjalan lancar di production.
• Documentation → Menulis playbook, SOP, dan dokumentasi arsitektur untuk memudahkan tim lain.
