Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparing quotations, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Mastering the company’s product knowledge (programs, packages, events) to assist clients with accurate information.
  • Responds to incoming sales inquiries via email, whatsapp, and phone calls; filtering leads and directing them to the appropriate Sales Representative.
  • Manages and updates the customer database (CRM) to ensure all client information, leads, and interaction logs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assists in scheduling meetings, court bookings for trials, and facility tours for potential clients on behalf of Sales Managers.
  • Coordinates with the Finance department to process invoices, track incoming payments, and ensure timely renewal of memberships or packages.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets and identify trends.
  • Follows up with existing clients regarding upcoming renewals, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Assists with the organization and execution of sales events, tournaments, and promotional campaigns at the facility.
  • Addresses client administrative concerns (e.g., contract questions, freeze requests) promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the Sales Manager when necessary.
  • Actively hunt for new clients (corporate, schools, and individuals) to generate new sales revenue and expand the customer base.
