Our client, a reputable company in the Property (Office Building) industry, is seeking a Junior Fit-Out Staff to support interior fit-out and leasing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating design documentation, and supporting tenant fit-out activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, revise, and maintain shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project and building standards.
Develop preliminary leasing area drawings to support tenant fit-out and leasing activities.
Produce layout drawings and calculate leasing areas for prospective tenants.
Prepare interior layout references and test-fit drawings for tenant planning and design coordination.
Organize and maintain drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle, from shop drawings to as-built submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely project delivery.
Requirements
Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior or Architectural Drafter, preferably in commercial buildings, retail, shopping malls, or fit-out projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of producing accurate technical and shop drawings.
Strong understanding of architectural, construction, and detailed technical drawings.
Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings is an advantage.
Good command of English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Strong technical drafting skills with solid knowledge of architectural and interior fit-out documentation.
Able to interpret technical specifications, construction details, and design requirements accurately.
Experience working on office buildings, retail spaces, shopping malls, or commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.
