Our client is a growing company in the Furniture industry seeking a Procurement & Logistics Staff to support purchasing, inventory control, and import operations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations, pricing, and required documentation.
Process purchases for internal and external business needs.
Manage inventory, including issuing warehouse instruction orders, updating inventory records, and assisting with stock-taking activities.
Support import operations by coordinating import procedures and maintaining shipment schedules.
Ensure procurement and logistics processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage.
