About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Activations Staff to join our dynamic team at BEEME. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's events and partnerships. You will ensure our brand presence is impactful, managing everything from strategic planning and vendor negotiation to on-the-ground execution and post-campaign reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Partnerships: Achieve partnership targets with various stakeholders to support corporate event activities.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events from end-to-end, covering preparation, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Operational Control: Take full responsibility for event operations, including booth management, equipment, merchandise, and on-site activation needs.
- Logistics & Assets: Manage all logistical requirements and ensure all equipment and assets are in excellent condition before, during, and after events.
- Business Documentation: Develop highly professional proposals, company profiles, presentation materials, and comprehensive campaign reports for internal and external use.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the progress of campaigns and promotional activities to ensure they meet established timelines and targets. Compile evaluation reports and actionable recommendations for future programs.
- Marketing Administration: Ensure all administrative documents are well-organized and comply with standard company procedures. Support the broader marketing team in daily operational tasks.
- Agile Execution: Work proactively, rapidly, and responsibly to complete tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (All major)
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, Event Management, or a similar role.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills regarding market trends, competitors, and industry shifts.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in creating business proposals, presentations, reports, and communication materials. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with multitasking, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
