We Are Hiring – Maintenance Staff (Tooling)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Staff (Tooling) to join our dynamic automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining tooling performance, ensuring preventive maintenance activities run effectively, and supporting smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assign and manage daily tasks for maintenance team members.
- Plan, schedule, and ensure all preventive maintenance (PM) activities are executed properly.
- Analyze preventive maintenance results to identify potential issues and prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor and control spare parts availability, including procurement planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for machine trials after repair or maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in the automotive industry are advantage
- Willing to work in an automotive / manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
