Job Responsibilities
?Provide daily operation and maintenance (O&M) support for financial systems to ensure stable and reliable system performance.
?Troubleshoot and resolve production system issues, including application loading abnormalities, database-related issues, and network connectivity problems.
??Participate in basic operation and maintenance support for Java applications, including log analysis, performance troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis.
?Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain and resolve issues related to FDC (Financial Data Connection/Data Exchange) interfaces.
?Participate in IT audit activities, including audit inspections, compliance reviews, and remediation of identified issues.
?Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of network and infrastructure-related issues, such as access failures, connectivity problems, and system availability concerns.
?Prepare and maintain operation manuals, technical documentation, and incident reports.
??Be responsible for data protection and information security-related tasks.
??Conduct product analysis and market research, and provide periodic research reports.
Job Requirements
?Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
?Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Support, or a related role; experience in the financial industry is preferred.
??Familiarity with Java development and coding; capable of log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
??Proficient in MySQL database management and capable of performing basic SQL queries and data analysis.
??Experience with FDC (Financial Data Connection/Data Exchange) in the financial industry is highly preferred.
??Knowledge of IT audit processes and experience supporting audit or compliance inspections is preferred.
??Familiarity with ISO audit standards and compliance requirements.
??Basic networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common network issues, including DNS, ports, connectivity, and routing-related problems.
??Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
?Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documentation and conduct basic technical communication.
