Qualifications :
1. Min. 4-6 years experience in Finance/Accounting, min. 2 years as Senior Supervisor AP
2. Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable process, 3-way matching, and vendor reconciliation
3. Proficient in accounting software/ERP, MS Excel - advanced formula & pivot
4. Understanding of tax invoice, PPN, PPh 23/4(2), and tax compliance
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
6. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
Responsibilities :
1. Supervise and ensure accuracy of vendor invoice processing & payment schedule
2. Handle 3-way matching: PO, GRN, Invoice and manage vendor statements
3. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Tax team for AP reconciliation
4. Prepare AP aging report, cashflow forecast for payment, and monthly closing
5. Ensure compliance with company SOP and tax regulations for all AP transactions
6. Lead, train, and evaluate AP staff performance
