Upvest is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to carry out operational processes for the pension fund business area. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of market rules and common pension products, as well as knowledge of legal frameworks and data exchange with the Central Allowance Office for Retirement Assets.
Requirements
- Responsibility and execution of transfers, allowance management, bonus applications, and tax settlement and edge case handling
- Continuous development to become the central expert for all topics of the operational everyday business
- Professional support for customer teams in the care of their end-users as well as the answer to complex questions around pension planning
- Ongoing optimization of work processes through the targeted use of AI, automation tools, and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Ensuring smooth operation and proactive addressing of risks under strict observance of statutory regulations and internal guidelines
