Main Responsibilities

  • Drives cross-functional execution of projects, across all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Leads execution of multiple projects or manages an entire program.
  • Manage scope throughout the project duration.
  • Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports.
  • Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
  • Responsible for empowering others to get better over time.
  • Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects.

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management.
  • English Fluency with great communication skills.
  • A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems.
  • Experience presenting to internal teams and customers.
  • The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
  • Lives in Latin America.
  • ERP knowledge is a must.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
