Main Responsibilities
- Drives cross-functional execution of projects, across all phases of the project life cycle.
- Leads execution of multiple projects or manages an entire program.
- Manage scope throughout the project duration.
- Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports.
- Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Responsible for empowering others to get better over time.
- Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects.
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management.
- English Fluency with great communication skills.
- A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems.
- Experience presenting to internal teams and customers.
- The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
- Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
- Lives in Latin America.
- ERP knowledge is a must.
- PMP certification is a plus.
