Dealer Relationship Officer

We are looking for an active, communicative, and relationship-oriented candidate to join our team as a Business Development & Relationship Officer. This position focuses on building business relationships, communication, and conducting company program socialization activities with dealer networks and business partners within the automotive industry.

Will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with dealers, supporting business expansion initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination and communication between the company and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with dealer partners and business relations.

• Understanding of digital content.

• Socialize and introduce company programs, products, and services to dealers and potential customers.

• Support the development of new business partnerships and collaboration opportunities.

• Act as a liaison between the company and dealer partners for business communication and coordination.

• Assist in following up prospects and dealer requirements regularly.

• Identify market potential and business development opportunities within the assigned area.

• Prepare periodic reports on visits, communication activities, and partnership development progress.

• Maintain long-term relationships and improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Fresh talent with strong motivation to learn preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, digital content, or related fields.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in conducting presentations, socialization activities, and networking.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and able to drive.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
