Job Descriptions :
Handle the entire import process, from documentation preparation, to goods arrival (shipment in-bound checking)
Verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, COO, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant internal departments.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods.
Manage customs documentation, including PIB checking.
Track the customs clearance process until goods are received at the warehouse.
Input and update import data in the company system or internal reports.
Handle issues or discrepancies related to quantity, damages, or import documentation.
Maintain and organize import document archives accurately and systematically.
Requirements :
Minimum education : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in import or logistics (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures (an advantage).
Familiarity with CEISA, PIB modules, and other customs systems (an advantage).
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ERP).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Korean is preferred
