CHIEF ENGINEERING (BALI)
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experienced in managing engineering operations for commercial properties, shopping malls, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, generators, WTP/STP, and building utilities.
Familiar with preventive maintenance, OHS, SNI, PUIL, fire safety, and relevant government regulations.
Experienced in tenant fit-out coordination, contractor management, and engineering project execution.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, and technical reporting skills.
Willing to work on-call when required; Bali domicile is preferred.
Responsibility:
Lead the operation and maintenance of all engineering systems, facilities, and utilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage common areas, infrastructure, and engineering support for tenant fit-out, renovation, and daily operations.
Plan and supervise engineering projects, asset improvements, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with OHS, fire safety, environmental, and government regulations.
Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
Support engineering requirements for events, emergency response, and continuous facility improvement.
