• Pria/Wanita

• Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK atau sederajat

• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Powder Coating Operator / Painter

• Memahami proses powder coating dan persiapan permukaan material

• Mampu mengoperasikan spray gun dan peralatan powder coating

• Memahami ketebalan coating dan standar kualitas finishing

• Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim

• Bersedia bekerja lembur sesuai kebutuhan produksi


Tanggung Jawab:


• Melakukan proses pengecatan powder coating pada produk sesuai standar perusahaan

• Melakukan persiapan material sebelum proses coating

• Mengoperasikan mesin spray powder coating dengan benar

• Memastikan hasil coating sesuai standar kualitas perusahaan

• Menjaga kebersihan dan perawatan peralatan painting

• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3) di area produksi
