Job Description

  • Mengelola proses Recruitment ( termasuk job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection)

  • Membantu pelaksanaan sistem penggajian

  • Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan

  • Mengelola kebutuhan kantor secara umum, termasuk fasilitas dan administrasi, serta memastikan lingkungan kerja berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien.

Requirement

  • Pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama / berpengalaman melakukan mass hiring lebih disukai

  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Agency E-Commerce, TSP, MCN, menjadi nilai tambah

  • Komunikasi yang baik, teliti, jujur

  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel, Word, dan Powerpoint

  • Penempatan: Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
