Job Description
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, service recovery, and first-level escalations.
Support business development and identify new business opportunities.
Consult clients and provide suitable business solutions.
Lead client discussions, meetings, and business implementation activities.
Coordinate internally with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
Support online and offline sales activities to achieve business targets.
Ensure assigned tasks and deadlines are completed effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree
Has knowledge of Air / Ocean transport management
Having experience min. 2 years of working in a related industry, as a salesperson or customer service staff is preferable
Fluent in and English
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and motivated
Outgoing and eager to learn new things
Able to work individually or in a team.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365)
