  • Menangani komunikasi dengan vendor, memantau proses pemesanan, dan memastikan kedatangan material sesuai target waktu (Lead Time).

  • Memvalidasi kesesuaian fisik barang masuk-keluar dengan dokumen pendukung serta mengoptimalkan tata letak (Layouting) penyimpanan gudang.

  • Mengawasi level stok untuk mencegah terjadinya stockout atau overstock, serta memimpin proses rekonsiliasi data melalui Stock Opname berkala.

  • Merencanakan rute pengiriman dan menentukan moda transportasi yang paling efisien.

  • Menyusun laporan logistik secara periodik untuk menganalisis perputaran barang (Inventory Turnover) sebagai bahan evaluasi manajemen.

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal D3/S1 Manajemen, Logistik, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.

  • Minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang logistik, gudang, atau SCM (lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar).

  • Menguasai MS Office (terutama Excel) dan familier dengan sistem ERP/SAP.

  • Paham manajemen inventaris, proses pengadaan, dan alur distribusi barang.

  • Teliti, komunikasi baik, mampu bernegosiasi, dan kuat dalam analisis data.
