Tropical Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Coco Bistro Kuta. Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, cost management, and sales performance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Candidates currently based in Bali will be given priority.
Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.
Inspire, train, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor sales, budgeting, inventory, labor costs, and overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene regulations, and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability.
