Job Title: Barista
Work Location: Jakarta
Salary Range: 5-7 JUTA
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare various types of coffee (espresso, pour-over, latte art, specialty blends), ensuring consistent quality.
2. Responsible for the daily operation, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and showroom, and adhere to food safety regulations.
4. Greet customers and provide excellent service.
5. Assist the Digital Marketing team with content shoots as needed. (Optional)
6. Assist with inventory preparation, raw material inventory, and cost control.
II. Job Requirements
1. Male or female.
2. High school/technical secondary school diploma or above.
3. Prior barista/coffee shop experience preferred; training provided for those without experience but passionate about coffee.
4. Proficiency in espresso, milk frothing, and latte art is preferred.
5. Fluent in Indonesian; basic English skills are a plus.
6. Weekend attendance (Saturday and Sunday) is required. Employees may choose any two weekdays as their days off, subject to work scheduling.
7. Clean and tidy appearance, good service attitude, responsible, and a team player. 7. Able to work stably for a long time and without bad habits.

一、岗位职责
制作各类咖啡饮品（浓缩咖啡、手冲咖啡、拉花咖啡及特色咖啡），确保出品品质稳定一致。
负责咖啡机、磨豆机等设备的日常操作、清洁及保养。
维护吧台及展示厅的整洁卫生，并遵守食品安全规范。
接待顾客，提供优质的客户服务。
根据需要，协助数字营销团队进行内容拍摄。（可选）
协助库存管理、原材料盘点及成本控制。
二、任职要求
男女不限。
高中、中专或以上学历。
有咖啡师或咖啡店工作经验者优先；无经验但对咖啡有热情者，公司可提供培训。
熟悉浓缩咖啡制作、奶泡打发及咖啡拉花者优先。
能流利使用印尼语，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。
周六、周日需固定上班，可自行选择两个工作日作为休息日，具体休假时间需配合公司排班安排。
仪表整洁，服务态度良好，工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神。
能长期稳定工作，无不良嗜好。
