URGENT HIRING
WILLING TO TRAVEL NATIONWIDE
- Recruit and manage solar dealers, EPCs, and installers
- Develop channel sales and territory expansion plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with partners and key accounts
- Conduct product presentations and training
- Support quotations, pricing, and project coordination
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Resolve channel and partner issues
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and events
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and distributor networks is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
