PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client in finding great talent as a Modern Trade Sales with the requirements as follows: 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 10–12 years in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in home appliances or premium consumer durables. Previous experience handling built-in kitchen appliances is a strong advantage.

  • Strong in sales analytics, structured account planning, and performance tracking.

  • Proficiency Good command of Excel, data dashboards, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
