Division Sales

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining relationships with capital market such as asset management companies, insurance firms, pension funds, banks, and corporate clients.

• Support daily client servicing activities, including trade execution coordination, market updates, and investment-related inquiries.

• Monitor market movements, economic news, and corporate actions relevant to clients.

• Coordinate internally with research, sales trading, settlement, and compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Maintain accurate client records, meeting summaries, and sales reports.

• Ensure all activities comply with OJK and IDX regulations as well as internal company policies. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in securities, banking, or financial services is a plus.

• Strong interest in capital markets and investment products.

• Good understanding of Indonesian stock market and macroeconomic trends is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent to communicate in English professionally, both written and oral communication.

• Having WPPE/WPPEP certification is a plus.
