Tugas Utama :

  • Pencatatan Transaksi : Input jurnal transaksi ke sistem. Mencatat penjualan kendaraan, spare part, dan jasa servis. Mencatat pembelian bahan baku, spare part, dan operasional.

  • Account Payable (AP) : Memeriksa invoice dari supplier/vendor, Mencocokkan invoice dengan PO & dokumen penerimaan, Menyiapkan pembayaran ke supplier.

  • Account Receivable (AR) : Mencatat dan memonitor piutang dealer, leasing, atau customer, Membuat invoice penjualan, Follow up pembayaran dan rekonsiliasi piutang.

  • Rekonsiliasi & Closing Bulanan : Rekonsiliasi bank, Rekonsiliasi akun (kas, piutang, hutang, persediaan), Support proses closing bulanan dan laporan keuangan.

  • Administrasi & Dokumentasi : Filing dokumen keuangan (invoice, bukti bayar, kontrak), Menyiapkan data untuk audit internal & eksternal.


Persyaratan Utama :

  • Min. S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan

  • Min. 1-2 tahun sebagai Finance & Accounting Staff (lebih menyukai industri dari Otomotif)

  • Paham terkait Akuntansi / Jurnal, Paham laporan keuangan (L/R, Neraca, Cash Flow), Paham proses AP, AR, dan inventory

  • Paham menggunakan Ms. Excel (Pivot table / formula lain nya) / Spread Sheet

  • Teliti, Detail Oriented, Proaktif, Disiplin, Berintegritas dan Rapi
