Southeast Asia Content Operations Specialist (Instagram)

We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company operating across multiple channels: online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), B2B distribution, and marketing & brand promotion. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Southeast Asia Content Operations Specialist to own the Instagram content strategy and daily operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets. You’ll drive audience growth, optimize content performance, collaborate with influencers, and help build the presence of our K-beauty brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the content planning and daily operations of Instagram accounts for Southeast Asian markets, including Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

• Develop monthly content calendars based on the brand's identity and the characteristics of each local market.

• Independently publish, manage, and optimize social media content.

• Monitor social media trends across Southeast Asia and create engaging, high-performing content that drives audience growth and engagement.

• Analyze account performance regularly and prepare content performance reports to optimize future content strategies.

• Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to coordinate influencer content and ensure all deliverables align with the brand's identity.

• Assist in preparing creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns and support basic campaign execution.

• Conduct competitor research and provide regular market insights and content inspiration.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts for beauty or skincare brands.

• Must provide a portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts.

• Strong content planning and creative thinking skills, with proven experience creating trend-driven, high-performing content supported by measurable results.

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously while working effectively under pressure.

• Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation with a natural and confident presence (no dress code restrictions).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and basic Meta advertising setup.

• Experience using AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and a strong interest in AI-powered marketing.

• Ability to speak Melayu and/or Vietnamese is a plus (not required).

• Good understanding of K-beauty branding, skincare products, and current beauty industry trends.
