Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (24/7 Operations)
Salary: PHP 18,000 – PHP 20,000 base salary

About the Role
Are you a recent graduate looking to jumpstart your career in the financial services sector? We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Financial Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team supporting our SNL (Finance and Accounting) account.
In this role, you won't just be answering phones—you will serve as a critical point of contact for financial inquiries, helping clients navigate data, basic accounting issues, and financial service platforms. If you have a solid foundation in business theories and want to apply them in a fast-paced, global environment, this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Inquiry Resolution: Assist international clients with accounting, market data, and platform navigation queries with high accuracy.
- Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier, empathetic customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring complex financial concepts are explained clearly.
- Data Verification: Use your academic knowledge to cross-reference financial records and ensure client accounts are handled efficiently.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in paid technical training sessions to master corporate finance workflows and software.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Education: Proud holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Experience: Open to all! No prior BPO or corporate experience required—our comprehensive training program has you covered.
- Skillset: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. A strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers or financial reports.
- Flexibility: Amenable to working on a shifting schedule (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays) to support global markets.
- Reliability: Ready to work fully onsite at our modern hub in the 1880 Building, Eastwood City.
