Qualification:
Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years in finance/accounting; pharma or distribution entity experience is a plus
Proficiency in ERP and Excel
Attention to detail, strong analytical logic
Ability to work independently
Job Description
Capture and process entity transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) per SOP and the centralized authorization workflow.
Ensure 3-way match compliance (PO - goods receipt - invoice) on all entity purchases - particularly pharma goods - before AP submission.
Support billing, collection follow-up and AP document preparation for the entity, aligned with the SSC
Coordinate with Procurement on inventory movements, costing data and stock-take support for pharma products.
Submit complete and timely source documents and transaction data to the SSC per the close calendar.
Ensure entity-level compliance with Group finance SOPs and support audits.
