Jobdesk:
Mengeksekusi dan Mengawasi operasi receiving: verifikasi goods, quality check, input ke sistem, organizing penerimaan barang
Monitoring put-away operations: memastikan barang disimpan dengan benar, organization yang efisien, traceability
Manajemen inventory real-time: stock level monitoring, cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, adjustments
Koordinasi pengiriman inbound-outbound: scheduling, routing optimization, traffic management, dock utilization
Memastikan akurasi inventory di sistem WMS/ERP: validasi data, reconciliation, troubleshoot discrepancies
Implementasi inventory best practices: FIFO compliance, safety stock optimization, dead stock management
Mengelola performa tim gudang melalui target, KPI, evaluasi, dan disiplin operasional.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, particularly in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Experienced in managing warehouse operations for B2B, B2C, and online sales.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technology tools.
Strong ability to manage and analyze inventory data and operational reports.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with large teams.
Understanding of skincare product quality regulations and safety standards.
