Mahaprana Experience is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Reservation Staff to join our team. In this role, you will support daily reservation operations, assist guests with booking inquiries and requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and smooth booking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries via email and online chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist with reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and guest requests
Maintain accurate reservation records and administrative documents
Ensure booking information and guest details are accurately updated
Coordinate with internal teams regarding reservations, guest requests, and daily operations
Support the Sales & Marketing team with general administrative tasks
Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation
Perform other reservation and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Computer literate and comfortable working with online platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records
Good communication and administrative skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and support different tasks when required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or hotel operations is an advantage
