We are looking for a qualified Laboratory Staff to conduct routine electrical testing for distribution transformers and ensure all products comply with applicable technical standards before delivery.
Responsibilities
· Perform routine transformer testing.
· Measure winding resistance, voltage ratio, vector group, insulation resistance, applied voltage, induced voltage, no-load loss/current, and load loss.
· Conduct transformer oil BDV testing when required.
· Prepare accurate testing reports and documentation.
· Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration records are updated.
· Support quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering.
· Familiar with transformer testing equipment such as:
· Megger
· Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR)
· High Voltage Tester
· Power Analyzer
· Good analytical and documentation skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in transformer laboratories or routine electrical testing.
