Responsibilities
Assist the bonded factory compliance management and cukai management;
Support and work with team for Daily Basic declaration job and operation.
Follow up customs clearance affairs to ensure the smooth operation of customers' import and export business;
Good communication with the related customs and cukai department. And handle Boned factory event or activity etc.
Communicated with business department’s staff and headquarter staff about the business, procedures and etc.;
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 years of EXIM related work experience, working experience in boned factory is preferred;
Understand the import and export customs declaration process, have better predictability for customs declaration exceptions,
Familiar with excel, word and other related working software, can use SAP is preferred.
Note:
Mandarin speaker with the international trade,logistics, finance background but without related experience is acceptable
Workplace: Purwosari and Pandaan
Nice to have: Bonded zone facilities experience
