  • Memiliki relasi yang luas dengan consultant (lebih diutamakan arsitek/design interior)
  • Penguasaan Produk (Product Knowledge): Mampu memahami detail teknis produk, kegunaan, dan keunggulannya.
  • Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan negosisasi
  • Mahir menyusun proposal, dokumen tender, dan membuat Laporan Perkembangan Proyek
  • Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang sangat baik untuk membujuk klien profesional.
  • Memiliki atau mampu membangun relasi dengan konsultan perencana, developer, dan owner proyek
  •  Mampu mengevaluasi kebutuhan spesifik klien dan memberikan solusi yang tepat.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (mobil/motor) dan kelengkapan SIM A/C.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas atau kunjungan lapangan (survey lokasi/proyek)
