Job Overview
We are looking for a Retail Manager who will lead and drive overall retail business performance. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, scaling offline store operations, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores. You will oversee retail expansion, strengthen brand experience, and optimize commercial performance while leading cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead overall retail strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning across all offline stores
Oversee end-to-end retail operations across all stores, ensuring excellence in execution, service standards, and operational efficiency
Define and optimize customer experience strategy to ensure a consistent and customer-centric journey across all stores
Analyze retail performance (sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement
Drive retail expansion strategy, including new store openings, location evaluation, and offline store growth
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to align campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations
Oversee inventory strategy across stores to ensure optimal stock allocation, minimize stock issues, and maximize sell-through
Ensure strong implementation of visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity across all retail touchpoints
Own and manage retail budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability targets are achieved
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management, vendors, and external partners
Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and operational scalability
Lead, coach, and develop retail teams (including Area Managers & Store Teams) to achieve high performance and strong team engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the fashion retail industry (preferably bags or accessories)
Proven track record in scaling retail operations and managing multiple store locations
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of about retail business, financial performance, and commercial strategy
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multi-layer teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
In-depth knowledge of fashion retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand experience execution
Experience in retail expansion and store development is highly preferred
Strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex operational challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
