Job Summary
The Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting the company's logistics and courier services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and helping achieve the company's sales and revenue targets. The role involves conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating with operations to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's logistics, courier, and delivery services to individuals and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service quotations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and company events.
- Manage social media inquiries and respond to customer concerns in coordination with the Customer Service Team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and business leads.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade events, and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
- Possesses a valid driver's license
