Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L2 Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations within the Banking or FinTech industry
- Strong understanding of core banking processes, payment gateways, and enterprise applications
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) for data investigation and transaction analysis
- Experience with API troubleshooting, mobile application debugging (iOS/Android), and tools such as Postman or Charles Proxy
- Familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic
- Experience with Jira, Slack, AWS Console, OpenSearch, or similar operational tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure during production incidents
Key Responsibilities
- Perform issue triage and classify incidents based on severity and business impact
- Investigate production issues using logs, APIs, monitoring tools, and database queries
- Collaborate with Engineering (L3), DevOps, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve incidents
- Support internal banking applications, including CRM, Loan Origination System (LOS), collections, and back-office systems
- Perform log tracing and transaction analysis to identify root causes
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and recommend permanent solutions for recurring issues
