Job Qualifications:
1. Proven experience managing/building Shopify + Shopee + TikTok Shop
2. Strong product listing and store optimization skills
3. Familiar with promotions/campaign tools inside Shopee & TikTok Shop
4. Good communication and ability to work independently
5. Experience with paid ads (Meta/TikTok), basic design (Canva), and analyticst
6. Align and manage Kol/ affiliate is a prefered
7.Preference is given to women for this position.
Job Description :
1. Set up and optimize Shopify store (theme, collections, navigation, apps, checkout basics)
2. Manage Shopee store (product listing, campaigns, vouchers, bundles, chat, fulfillment coordination)
3. Manage TikTok Shop (product uploads, promotions, affiliates/creators support if needed)
4. Create/optimize product listings (SEO titles, descriptions, variants, pricing)
5. Execute promotions (flash sale, bundles, free shipping, vouchers, seasonal campaigns)
6. Monitor performance: sales, conversion rate, traffic, best sellers, ROAS (if ads handled)
7. Weekly reporting + improvement plan
