Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining good relations with residents, handling general front desk duties such as phone calls, attending to residents’ inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.
Qualifications:
Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree holder, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry
Preferably having 1 - 2 year experience in similar position
Excellent command in English (spoken and written) is a must
Japanese language skill would be an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate
Customer service oriented
Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours
