Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle information, dealership services, financing options, promotions, and ownership support.
Schedule, confirm, modify, and coordinate sales and vehicle service appointments.
Assist customers with service-related concerns, maintenance inquiries, warranty questions, and follow-up requests.
Provide timely and professional support through voice, chat, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with dealership departments, including sales, service, and parts, to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests.
Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution, providing regular updates as needed.
Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and case details in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring proper follow-up and case ownership.
Promote dealership services, maintenance programs, or additional service offerings when appropriate.
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
Meet established performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, attendance, and service levels.
