Qualifications:
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, retention, customer service, or BPO experience at least 6 months
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales and performance targets
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Promote products and services while identifying sales opportunities
- Retain existing customers by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions
- Process account updates, renewals, and service requests
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
- Accurately document customer interactions and meet quality, productivity, and sales goals
