Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and minutes.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
- Manage office supplies and administrative processes for the executive office.
- Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communication or any related degree
- Exceptional Written and communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools ( Word, excel, outlook, power point) and collaboration tools (Zoom, teams, etc.)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
