We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team in South Jakarta. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance banking services and modern web applications that deliver seamless financial experiences to millions of users.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development.
Solid experience in frontend development using React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, and Flow (or TypeScript).
Proven track record of working with scalable, high-availability, and low-latency systems.
Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Work Responsibilities
System Design & Enhancement: Design and enhance cutting-edge backend services in Go, setting high standards for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency across our financial products.
Frontend Development: Build, deploy, and maintain highly performant, modern web applications utilizing React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, and Flow.
Architecture & Scalability: Partner with the engineering team to explore, design, and implement new architectures geared toward high scale and top-tier performance.
Code Quality: Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain and elevate our rigorous development standards.
Performance Optimization: Engage in service capacity and demand planning, as well as software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and experience teams to define, prototype, and refine feature specifications.
Infrastructure Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the infrastructure team to build and scale back-end services, and conduct thorough root-cause analysis investigations.
System Maintenance: Design, build, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale production systems.
Continuous Learning: Master full-stack performance tuning and optimization to continuously improve system reliability.
Production Support: Debug and modify complex, production software that serves millions of users securely and efficiently.
