Happy Trails! Asia is an eco-tourism and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei. And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful RESERVATION & OPERATION OFFICER (GIT) to join our growing and expanding company.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Operator or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good command of English both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of operational principles.

• Familiarity with domestic travel destinations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Self-motivated and result-driven, able to work alone or as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Based in Bali

What you’ll be doing:

As a Reservation & Operation Officer (GIT), you will be responsible for managing all group tour bookings efficiently, communicating with tour operators, customers, and suppliers, handle all requests, questions, and provide tourism-related services, including but not limited to:

• Manage and make reservations for accommodation, suppliers, and all related services.

• Monitor all in-house guests to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain good relations and effective communications with tour operators, customers, and suppliers.
