Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.

Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.

Stay informed about company products, promotions, pricing, and competitors.

Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing, or BPO sales is preferred.

Excellent communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, if required.
