Role Description We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio by acquiring new business and providing strategic digital advertising solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Media Buying, and integrated digital campaigns, based on clients' business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising, media, and creator marketing solutions.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business objectives, marketing challenges, target audience, and advertising needs.
Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, deal closure, and client handover.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management while consistently achieving sales targets, revenue goals, and new client acquisition KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams including advertisement, optimization and media branding team to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful campaign execution.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and market opportunities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, or martech company.
Proven experience in acquiring new B2B clients and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Good understanding of digital advertising solutions
Existing network within advertisers, agencies, or e-commerce sellers is a strong advantage
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command of English (professional working proficiency) is required. Conversational English alone will not be sufficient. Mandarin is a plus.
P.S. This role reports directly to foreign management. Daily communication, meetings, and presentations are conducted in English, as the reporting line does not speak Bahasa Indonesia.
