Regulatory compliance:
Create and oversee a control system to deal with or prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, evaluate the efficiency of controls and continuous improvement and revise procedures, reports etc.
Regulator management and overall organisation internal and external audit examination.
Advise and support the business on all compliance matters and ensure the business is aligned with license requirements.
Regulatory reporting requirements as the local money laundering reporting officer.
Financial Crime:
Conduct a holistic evaluation of potential STR cases, make decision to file STR within the regulatory timeframe.
Track, Analyse and report key metrics in relation to alert volume, alert turnaround time, alert trends and implementing alert handling processes and procedures.
Monitor, manage and enhance the quality of alert investigation and reports
Conducting enhanced due diligence and evaluating profiles based on risk associated with AML, Merchant industry, Sanction, Website compliance, etc.
Develop and maintain compliance and risk monitoring programs to ensure effective fraud, business, and compliance risk mitigation
Liaise with merchants, banks and partners on risk and compliance subjects.
Requirement:
Experienced compliance professional with at least 2-3 years in the financial or payment industry.
Having a BSMR certificate or AML certification from recognised institution/ association would be advantageous
Broad exposure to APAC region compliance issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions and able to assist in ad hoc projects.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Familiar with the regional regulatory requirement would be a plus.
