Job Description:
- Handle export and import documentation (PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and other related documents).
- Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies.
- Monitor export and import shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage bonded zone administration and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Finance) regarding EXIM activities.
- Handle subcontract (Subcon) processes and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate EXIM records and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Export & Import, preferably in a manufacturing or bonded zone company.
- Must have experience handling subcontract (Subcon) processes and documentation.
- Good understanding of export-import regulations, customs procedures, and bonded zone operations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
