Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability
- Monitor and report on project financials
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Knowledgeable in Rebar and Mepfs estimation
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare and present detailed financial reports
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
