Key Responsibilities

  • Drive leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for the Company's office portfolio.

  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective tenants through strategic business development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property consultants, leasing agents, and business partners.

  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and commercial negotiations with prospective tenants.

  • Prepare leasing proposals, financial simulations, Letters of Intent (LOI), and coordinate the lease documentation process.

  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Building Management, and Property Operations to ensure seamless leasing transactions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental benchmarks, and occupancy performance to support commercial strategies.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, leasing forecast, and management reports.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the leasing journey while fostering long-term tenant relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, property sales, business development, or corporate sales.

  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles, lease negotiation, and property market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities and manage corporate accounts.

  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and target-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
